Sr. Executive/ Executive, Talent Acquisition

* Spearhead the end-to-end recruitment process for the sales force, driving seamless hiring experiences from initial interviews to onboarding. * Architect and execute walk-in interviews, corporate interview sessions, and pre/post-joining formalities to ensure efficient talent acquisition. * Lead the onboarding process, providing new hires with comprehensive orientation and support to ensure a smooth transition into their roles. * Manage and update the recruitment database, leveraging data to inform strategic hiring decisions and optimize the recruitment process. * Drive recruitment efforts through diverse sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals, to attract top talent. * Collaborate with the HR team to support various functions, including interview coordination, follow-up communications, and other assigned tasks. * Embark on periodic travel outside Dhaka to conduct walk-in interviews and recruitment activities, expanding the company's reach and talent pool. * Foster a strong employer brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience and promoting the company's culture and values throughout the recruitment process.
