Product Manager - V-SOL

• Drive the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy for the VSOL networking portfolio, encompassing OLT, ONU/ONT, Router, AP, and Switch solutions. • Architect the product roadmap by analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands to inform data-driven decisions. • Lead cross-functional collaboration as the primary liaison between VSOL and the company, fostering strategic partnerships and alignment. • Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless product updates, competitive pricing, availability, and technical support. • Deliver expert technical guidance to sales teams, partners, and clients on GPON, WiFi, and switching solutions, empowering them to drive sales and customer satisfaction. • Design and deliver training programs for internal sales teams, resellers, and ISP partners, showcasing VSOL product features and benefits to enhance their sales capabilities. • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches that drive business growth and revenue. • Streamline issue resolution by working closely with technical support teams to address customer concerns efficiently and effectively. • Develop and present regular business insights and recommendations to management, informing strategic decisions and optimizing business outcomes.
