Key Responsibilities

* Drive academic excellence as a faculty member at the BRAC Institute of Languages, shaping the future of language education in Bangladesh. * Lead innovative teaching and learning initiatives, fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity and creativity among students. * Architect and deliver high-quality courses and programs in language, translation, interpretation, language education management, applied linguistics, and sociolinguistics. * Manage and contribute to research projects, advancing knowledge and scholarship in the field and producing publishable outputs. * Develop and implement effective language education management and leadership strategies, driving growth and improvement in the institute. * Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum development, ensuring relevance and responsiveness to modern educational needs. * Engage in professional service, representing the university and the institute in academic and professional forums, and contributing to the development of the language education community. * Mentor and support students, providing guidance and supervision to help them achieve their academic and professional goals. * Contribute to the university's mission and vision, upholding the values of innovation, excellence, and social responsibility.
