Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead student engagement through proactive phone and WhatsApp communication, ensuring seamless support and guidance.
* Architect and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
* Facilitate student admissions and visa processing, providing expert support and navigation throughout the process.
* Drive sales performance, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets to fuel business growth.
* Empower students to achieve their academic goals by providing expert counseling and guidance on higher education opportunities abroad.
* Conceptualize and deliver high-impact promotional events and brand campaigns, elevating the organization's profile and reputation.
* Lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team to achieve collective goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
* Develop and present regular performance reports to management, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
