Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead admissions and enrollment processes, driving accuracy and efficiency from initial form distribution to student record maintenance. • Champion student well-being by overseeing identification, attendance, behavioral records, wellness initiatives, and support services, fostering a positive school environment. • Foster strong relationships with parents and the public through effective communication, managing school announcements, and ensuring seamless updates across all channels. • Architect and implement content strategies for newsletters, websites, social media, and YouTube, while coordinating events and ensuring thorough documentation and promotion. • Drive financial management, supervising tuition fee collection, maintaining precise records, and supporting budgeting, expenditure planning, and vendor liaison. • Ensure meticulous cash and bank record-keeping, submitting regular reports to corporate finance and maintaining transparency. • Provide HR support by monitoring staff attendance, processing payroll data, and coordinating performance evaluations, training initiatives, and employee development programs. • Lead procurement and inventory management, overseeing the purchase of school supplies, maintaining up-to-date logs, and optimizing store operations. • Oversee facilities management, ensuring daily housekeeping, campus safety, IT and infrastructure maintenance, and efficient transport logistics. • Ensure compliance with government education board guidelines, child safety protocols, and internal/external audit requirements, submitting regular reports and maintaining adherence. • Drive corporate social responsibility initiatives, assisting in scholarship management and community outreach efforts that align with the school's social goals. • Maintain organized administrative records, handle transfer certificates, and liaise with the education office to ensure compliance with official requirements and regulations.
