• Drive production planning strategies through monthly, quarterly, and annual plans that optimize capacity and efficiency. • Architect capacity booking processes to ensure accuracy, leveraging SMV, efficiency, and line capability data. • Manage order loading to prevent bottlenecks, ensuring seamless production workflows across lines. • Analyze daily production performance against plans, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. • Collaborate with merchandising teams to align planning with feasible delivery dates, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Oversee T&A calendar compliance, monitoring progress and addressing deviations. • Champion on-time shipment performance, striving for 100% delivery targets. • Proactively identify high-risk orders, developing and executing recovery plans to mitigate potential delays. • Foster cross-functional partnerships with Merchandising, IE, Production, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and QA teams to drive planning excellence. • Work in tandem with the Commercial team to plan shipments, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Inform factory management decisions through data-driven planning analysis, providing actionable insights. • Implement and optimize planning tools, ERP systems, and digital dashboards to enhance planning efficiency. • Develop and refine SOPs for planning and monitoring processes, ensuring standardization and consistency. • Enhance forecast accuracy, minimizing last-minute changes and optimizing production workflows. • Lead, mentor, and develop planning team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. • Develop succession plans within the department, ensuring continuity and talent pipeline growth. • Establish a culture of accountability, driving performance management and continuous improvement.
