* Spearhead the GSD costing team, driving accurate and timely delivery of SMV and costing targets while mentoring team members to achieve exceptional performance. * Architect team growth by setting performance goals, delivering training, and promoting continuous skill development in GSD and efficiency analysis. * Oversee the creation, validation, and maintenance of SMVs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and internal benchmarks through meticulous GSD methodology. * Drive process excellence by analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, implementing method enhancements, and enforcing consistent GSD rule application across all styles and production units. * Foster cross-functional collaboration, working closely with product development, IE, merchandising, and planning teams to inform cost-based decision-making and drive business growth. * Develop and present insightful reports on SMV variance, costing performance, and efficiency trends to senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making. * Ensure seamless compliance with GSD protocols and audit standards, maintaining accurate and up-to-date costing documentation. * Manage and optimize the GSD operation database, collaborating with IT teams to enhance costing systems and tools, and driving technological advancements to support business objectives.
