MIS Executive / Junior BI Analyst

* Drive business insights by preparing and maintaining accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Microsoft Excel, and developing interactive dashboards in Power BI to support informed decision-making. * Architect and maintain comprehensive dashboards that provide actionable visibility into sales, production, inventory, and operational performance, leveraging advanced Excel functions and Power BI capabilities. * Analyze and interpret complex data from various sources, including ERP exports and MySQL/SQL databases, to generate meaningful reports and identify trends, exceptions, and areas for improvement. * Extract, clean, validate, and organize large datasets to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability, using tools like Power Query and advanced Excel functions. * Reconcile cross-departmental data, identify discrepancies, and resolve reporting errors to ensure timely and accurate submission of management reports. * Lead reporting automation efforts, streamlining processes and reducing manual reporting dependencies to increase efficiency and productivity. * Develop and maintain robust data management practices, including data backup, documentation, and reporting file discipline, to ensure data security and integrity. * Provide expert support and troubleshooting for reporting files, dashboards, and data flow, and collaborate with departments to resolve data-related issues and improve overall data quality. * Drive business growth by delivering data-driven insights, trend analysis, and exception reports that inform strategic decision-making and drive business outcomes. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and continuously develop and refine skills in business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting to drive ongoing improvement and innovation.
