Structural Engineer (RCC & STEEL Structure Design)

• Spearhead civil design projects, leveraging expertise in RCC structural design, steel design, and interpretation to drive informed decision-making with senior authorities. • Architect structural designs using specialized software, including Etabs, Safe, Sap, and Staad pro/Tekla Design Structure, to deliver innovative solutions. • Drive design excellence in industrial, commercial, and residential projects, applying in-depth knowledge to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. • Conduct comprehensive DEA analyses for RCC and steel structures, ensuring optimal performance and safety. • Develop and submit EA reports, designs, and drawings that meet project requirements and regulatory standards. • Manage the design, drawing, and legal approval process for construction projects, including factories and other developments, to ensure timely completion. • Lead site visits to monitor project progress, providing regular updates and reports to senior management on construction status and potential issues. • Create detailed designs for steel building structures and RCC projects, such as factory and commercial buildings, that meet client needs and industry standards. • Design and develop BOQs for pre-fab steel structures and RCC projects, ensuring accurate costing and project planning. • Foster collaboration between site teams, project engineers, designers, management, and other stakeholders to drive project success and deliver results-driven solutions.
