Site Engineer (RCC & Steel Structure)

* Lead construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to specifications. * Architect and implement work plans, reports, and quality control measures to drive project success. * Drive problem-solving efforts, collaborating with consultants and stakeholders to resolve construction-related issues. * Manage project sequencing and operations, aligning with the Project Quality Plan to achieve timely and efficient results. * Conduct regular site inspections, assessing contractor performance and enforcing safety protocols to minimize risks. * Develop and submit accurate bills, evaluating and resolving discrepancies to ensure seamless project execution. * Champion safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a culture of personal protective equipment usage. * Facilitate daily briefings with site teams and contractors, tracking progress and anticipating potential delays. * Coordinate material deliveries, verifying purchases and ensuring timely receipt of necessary supplies. * Adapt to evolving project needs, assuming additional responsibilities and maintaining records as assigned by management.
