* Spearhead machine operations and maintenance, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Equipment Operating Procedures (EOP) to ensure seamless production. * Validate product specifications against the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) to guarantee accuracy and quality. * Drive production initiation by securing line clearance and start-up approval from Production and Quality Assurance (QA) teams. * Oversee in-process parameters, aligning with BMR guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance. * Conduct rigorous quality checks on in-process and bulk products, referencing SOP guidelines to maintain high standards. * Champion a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict cleanliness protocols. * Manage and maintain precise records and documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the production process.
