Executive, Production (Sterile manufacturing)

* Oversee the manufacturing process to guarantee alignment with plans, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures * Champion cGMP compliance across all production activities to ensure the highest standards of quality * Develop and maintain critical documents, including Batch Manufacturing Records and Batch Packaging Records * Drive validation activities to ensure seamless production operations * Lead and mentor production teams, providing guidance and support to operators, helpers, and other personnel to optimize performance and efficiency
