Senior Executive - Packaging (Finishing) - Columbia Garments Ltd.

* Spearhead packaging operations, driving efficiency and productivity in collaboration with the Finishing Head to achieve seamless execution. * Oversee and optimize packaging workflows, ensuring timely completion and adherence to buyer requirements and internal quality standards. * Architect process improvements, analyzing packaging line standards to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and minimize operational costs. * Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring compliance with approved procedures and coordinating with Quality Assurance and Warehouse teams. * Lead cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring on-time completion of packaging operations in alignment with production schedules. * Drive quality control initiatives, conducting regular inspections to ensure packaged goods meet buyer requirements and internal quality standards. * Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, reducing packaging defects, wastage, and operational costs while maintaining high-quality standards. * Ensure the availability of packaging materials, raising timely requisitions and coordinating with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations. * Foster a safe working environment, enforcing safety rules and promoting a positive team culture that supports skill development and prompt issue resolution. * Collaborate with internal QA teams to facilitate inspections, approvals, and timely shipment, ensuring compliance with company policies and SOPs. * Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, driving continuous improvement and excellence in packaging operations.
