Head of Card Business Division (FVP to SVP)

* Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive Card Business Strategy, aligning with the bank's retail and digital banking objectives to drive growth and expansion. * Architect and lead the issuing and acquiring business, encompassing ATM, POS, and e-commerce channels, to maximize reach and penetration. * Drive business growth by boosting card portfolio, activation, usage, and profitability, ensuring a strong and sustainable revenue stream. * Oversee the development of innovative card products, including credit cards, debit cards, prepaid and virtual cards, to meet evolving customer needs. * Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and co-branded partnerships to enhance customer engagement and retention. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, such as spend volume, activation rate, revenue, and delinquency, to inform strategic decisions. * Ensure robust risk management, fraud control, and regulatory compliance with relevant authorities, including Bangladesh Bank and PCI-DSS. * Foster and manage strategic relationships with key partners, including Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, and NPSB, to drive business growth and expansion. * Champion digital transformation initiatives, such as contactless cards, mobile wallets, and e-commerce payments, to stay ahead of the curve. * Develop and manage business plans, budgets, and performance reports to inform senior management and drive business outcomes. * Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Card Business team, empowering them to achieve exceptional results and drive business success.
