Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the Sales team to deliver the Annual Business Plan, driving exponential growth in distribution, visibility, and market share.
* Architect and execute tailored sales strategies that align with organizational goals and market trends, fueling business expansion.
* Drive sales growth by setting and cascading ambitious targets, translating them into actionable plans that propel the team forward.
* Optimize sales territories to maximize coverage, streamline operations, and boost efficiency, ensuring every opportunity is seized.
* Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor activity, identifying areas of opportunity and mitigating risks.
* Unlock insights from secondary sales and stock movement data to inform inventory planning, ensure product availability, and minimize stockouts.
* Pioneer channel-specific distribution strategies that turbocharge traditional trade, amplifying volumes and visibility.
* Conduct regular business reviews, analyzing performance, and implementing corrective actions to get the team back on track and achieve targets.
* Forge strong partnerships with Finance and Accounts teams to monitor revenue, control costs, and achieve profitability targets, ensuring a healthy bottom line.
* Empower the sales team through targeted development, coaching, and performance evaluation, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous growth.
* Develop accurate sales forecasts and implement strategic plans to drive sustainable revenue growth across all product lines, future-proofing the business.
* Establish and enforce robust sales policies, promotional budgets, and operational procedures, optimizing performance, and eliminating inefficiencies to drive cost savings.

- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Additional

- Proven experience in the Food industry in Bangladesh preferred
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills in Bangla and English
- Ability to handle crisis situations and deliver results under pressure
