Consortium MEAL Manager

* Spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) system for the PROTISTHAA project, ensuring seamless coordination across all consortium partners. * Architect a unified data management framework, driving the collection, analysis, and dissemination of high-quality data to inform project decisions and enhance accountability. * Drive the design and harmonization of MEAL tools, protocols, and procedures, ensuring consistency and standardization across all partners and project locations. * Lead the development of a robust accountability mechanism, fostering a culture of transparency, responsiveness, and complaint handling, and ensuring that beneficiary feedback is integrated into project decision-making. * Foster a culture of evidence-based learning, facilitating regular reviews, and analysis of project data to identify areas for improvement, document best practices, and inform future project planning. * Manage the development of high-quality, unified reports, ensuring that all consortium partners contribute to and align with project reporting requirements and standards. * Collaborate with consortium partners to build their MEAL capacities, providing technical assistance, training, and support to ensure that all partners can effectively implement and utilize the MEAL system. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project partners, donors, and government agencies, to ensure that MEAL findings and recommendations are disseminated and used to inform decision-making. * Oversee the implementation of MEAL-related project activities, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. * Ensure that the MEAL system is aligned with the project's overall goals and objectives, and that it contributes to the reduction of loss of life, protection of livelihoods, and improvement of resilience among disaster-prone populations in Bangladesh.
