Program Manager

* Spearhead the implementation of the PROTISTHAA project, driving strategic leadership and coordination across all entities to achieve high-quality delivery and impact. * Foster collaborative partnerships with consortium members, including ACF, ACTED, RIMES, ESDO, Uttaran, and NSS, to strengthen a nationwide multi-hazard anticipatory action system. * Architect and oversee operational plans, ensuring effective day-to-day management and coordination across flood-prone and flash-flood-prone areas. * Drive the advancement of impact-based forecasting, early warning dissemination, and trigger-based decision protocols to enhance disaster preparedness and response. * Manage and support the development of local planning, predictable financing through Disaster Management Funds, and community preparedness through training and simulations. * Lead the operationalization of the forecast–trigger–finance–action chain, aiming to reduce loss of life, protect livelihoods, and improve resilience among disaster-prone populations. * Develop and implement strategies to enhance monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) across the consortium, ensuring effective data collection and analysis. * Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication among stakeholders, including local partners, to ensure seamless project execution and knowledge sharing. * Drive innovation and learning, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to optimize project impact and efficiency. * Ensure compliance with DG ECHO and CARE Bangladesh regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of quality and accountability. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, communities, and partners, to foster trust and ensure project success.
