Technician ( Fire, Electrical / AC)- Engineering & Maintenance

* Spearhead the maintenance and operation of all electrical and mechanical systems to ensure safe, uninterrupted, and efficient functioning. * Oversee main power supply, generators, UPS, and backup systems, performing regular monitoring and maintenance to prevent downtime. * Rapidly identify and resolve electrical faults, and maintain lighting, pumps, motors, lifts, and air conditioning systems to prevent disruptions. * Prioritize and resolve electrical issues in critical areas such as ICU, Operation Theatre, and Emergency departments. * Drive the maintenance of electrical systems, including routine testing of generators, UPS, and backup systems. * Ensure the reliability of lighting systems, promptly replacing faulty lights to maintain a safe environment. * Detect and troubleshoot electrical faults, such as short circuits, overloads, and wire damage, and perform repairs as needed. * Manage the maintenance of water pumps, motors, and borewell systems, ensuring they remain operational and addressing any issues promptly. * Provide power support for lifts and air conditioning systems, inspecting electrical connections and notifying relevant teams of complex issues. * Develop and implement emergency response plans to address electrical issues in critical areas, prioritizing patient safety. * Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regularly inspecting MCB, ELCB, and circuit breakers to prevent accidents. * Generate daily reports on work completed, maintenance, and issues resolved, providing updates on repairs and progress.
