IT Operations & Security Engineer

* Spearhead the management of core IT infrastructure, cloud systems, identity and access management, and security monitoring to drive business continuity and operational security across Technovative Solutions (TVS) and its entities. * Architect and optimize IT infrastructure, including on-prem servers, cloud servers, storage, and networking, to ensure seamless operations and scalability. * Drive the implementation of secure configurations, patching, hardening, and baseline compliance checks to maintain the highest level of security and compliance. * Administer a range of cloud-based applications, including Workspace, M365, Slack, Zoom, Odoo, Jira, GitHub, and GitLab, to support business operations and collaboration. * Lead identity lifecycle management, enforcing multi-factor authentication and conditional access to protect sensitive data and systems. * Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, including access control, password management, encryption, backup, and vulnerability management, to ensure ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance. * Conduct regular vulnerability scans, remediation follow-up, and root-cause analysis to identify and mitigate potential security threats. * Operate and maintain Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) dashboards, triaging alerts and responding to incidents to minimize downtime and data loss. * Design and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans, including backup systems, restore capability, and disaster recovery drills, to ensure minimal disruption to business operations. * Deliver IT helpdesk and user lifecycle support, including onboarding, offboarding, access revocation, asset return, and account setup, to ensure a seamless user experience. * Evaluate and manage technology vendors, collecting compliance documentation, tracking renewals, and ensuring alignment with the Vendor Management Policy to minimize risk and ensure compliance. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive IT operations, security, and compliance initiatives, providing excellent communication and documentation capabilities to support business objectives. * Maintain a strong focus on accountability, attention to detail, and technical expertise, staying up-to-date with the latest security threats, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
