Key Responsibilities

* Drive business growth by identifying and penetrating new geographical territories and untapped market segments to expand the patient footprint. * Architect and lead the promotion of specialized clinical services and diagnostic packages to corporate clients and the general public, solidifying the brand's position in the private healthcare sector. * Foster and maintain high-level professional relationships with key stakeholders, including Senior Consultants, General Practitioners, Chemists, and administrators of partner clinics/hospitals. * Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to consistently increase patient flow and diagnostic volume, leveraging market insights and customer feedback. * Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, implementing modern marketing strategies and mentoring Marketing Executives to meet their KPIs and maintain professional standards. * Oversee the implementation of field marketing activities, ensuring timely execution and alignment with the annual marketing calendar, and contribute to the development of marketing campaigns. * Proactively identify and engage with potential new consultants, chemists, and healthcare influencers to expand the referral network and drive business growth. * Conduct market surveys and analyses to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of market trends, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management. * Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to increase patient flow, improve services, and enhance the overall customer experience. * Manage and analyze customer feedback, using insights to drive service improvements and optimize marketing strategies. * Develop and present regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting market share, team performance, and strategic goal achievement. * Drive innovation and stay up-to-date with industry trends, applying new ideas and strategies to continuously improve marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
