Technical Manager for Woven Sewing

* Spearhead the Padding Jacket Sewing Operations, driving production efficiency, quality, and on-time shipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. * Architect and implement technical strategies to optimize sewing methods, seam specifications, and workmanship standards, ensuring alignment with buyer quality standards. * Lead the development and maintenance of operation breakdowns for all jacket styles, streamlining production processes and improving overall productivity. * Oversee critical operations, including padding, quilting, zipper setting, and finishing, to ensure seamless execution and high-quality output. * Drive technical instruction and training for line supervisors, line chiefs, mechanics, and operators, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. * Manage machine setup and configuration, ensuring that all equipment is properly calibrated and maintained to meet style requirements. * Conduct thorough reviews of proto, fit, size set, and PP samples to inform production decisions and ensure quality standards are met. * Facilitate pre-production meetings with cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders and ensuring a unified approach to production. * Champion quality control, verifying that all production meets buyer requirements, SOPs, safety rules, and factory quality procedures. * Collaborate with QA and Compliance teams to navigate buyer inspections and audits, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. * Analyze production metrics, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions to boost productivity and minimize waste. * Introduce innovative methods, attachments, and process improvements to drive efficiency gains and reduce production losses. * Foster strong relationships between Chinese management and local employees, promoting open communication and resolving line-related issues promptly. * Coordinate with maintenance and mechanical teams to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime. * Optimize production costs by reducing wastage, rework, overtime, and excess manpower, while maintaining quality and efficiency standards. * Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Merchandising, IE, Quality, Planning, Cutting, Finishing, Store, and Maintenance departments to drive business outcomes. * Communicate technical requirements clearly and effectively to Chinese management and local production teams, ensuring seamless execution and alignment.
