* Spearhead cash management operations, ensuring seamless execution of toll station financial activities. * Verify and validate cash collections from toll booth operators, guaranteeing accuracy and integrity of financial data. * Reconcile physical cash with system-generated reports, swiftly identifying and addressing any discrepancies or irregularities. * Drive financial record-keeping, maintaining meticulous daily cash registers and transaction records that meet company standards. * Develop and deliver timely financial reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly collection summaries that inform business decisions. * Flag and report any financial anomalies, mismatches, or shortages to management, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing risk. * Architect and maintain a robust documentation and filing system, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded and easily accessible. * Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Accounts, to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow. * Champion compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and audit requirements, mitigating risk and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. * Support internal audit initiatives, providing critical financial data and insights that drive business improvement and optimization.
