Junior Officer-Warehouse

• Spearhead loading operations, ensuring precision and adherence to distribution plans, requisitions, and quality standards. • Drive the unloading process for raw materials and finished goods, guaranteeing accurate labeling and record-keeping in line with QA protocols. • Architect and execute Stock Transfer Orders in ERP, conducting thorough batch-wise verifications to ensure seamless dispatch. • Lead the Goods Receipt posting process in ERP, ensuring timely and accurate updates, and reconcile physical stock with system records. • Develop and deliver high-quality dispatch and stock reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, driving data-driven decision-making. • Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of promotional items, maintaining meticulous documentation and control. • Maintain a robust record-keeping system, including warehouse registers, inspection reports, and delivery documents, in compliance with company standards. • Oversee the return of depot products, adhering to established SOPs, and ensure accurate segregation, documentation, and system updates. • Implement and enforce the First Expiry First Out (FEFO) principle for finished goods, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory turnover. • Update critical records, including location sheets, bin cards, and regulatory registers, to ensure data accuracy and compliance. • Champion inventory control, stock accuracy, space optimization, and warehouse discipline, driving a culture of operational excellence. • Design and deliver warehouse-related training programs, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Ensure unwavering compliance with company Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, prioritizing the well-being of employees and the environment.
