Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales growth by setting ambitious targets and developing strategic plans to achieve them. * Architect and execute effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and boost revenue. * Lead client interactions, presenting products and services to prospective customers and fostering strong relationships. * Manage customer relationships, resolving queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. * Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing potential clients, and arranging project visits as needed. * Develop and maintain a robust customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. * Foster long-term relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and tailored support. * Deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty to fuel business growth.
