Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales growth by promoting and selling online courses through inbound and outbound calls, leveraging exceptional communication skills to engage and persuade customers. * Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, consistently delivering high-performance results to fuel business expansion. * Foster and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships, providing personalized support and guidance to encourage loyalty and repeat business. * Manage and update customer data in the CRM/database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in sales operations and customer insights. * Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner to resolve issues and build trust. * Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities, maximizing revenue potential and enhancing customer value. * Stay ahead of the curve, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive competitive advantage.
