Executive / Sr. Executive (IE).

* Architect efficient workflows by optimizing the use of manpower, machines, and materials, and designing layouts that maximize productivity. * Drive process improvements by analyzing time, motion, and methods to identify areas for optimization and implementing changes to increase efficiency. * Develop and implement accurate Standard Allowed Minutes (SAM) and efficiency metrics to inform costing decisions. * Calculate thread consumption based on approved samples and thread placement, and share findings with merchants. * Establish learning curves that align with factory capacity, ensuring peak targets and efficiency goals are achieved. * Design and implement effective floor layouts to minimize waste and maximize resource utilization. * Collaborate with management and personnel to develop production and design standards that drive quality and efficiency. * Ensure seamless production workflows by identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks and feeding gaps. * Balance production lines to optimize output and minimize downtime. * Analyze production reports, including sewing, cutting, and finishing, to identify areas for improvement and inform data-driven decisions. * Develop and manage production schedules to meet quotas and drive productivity. * Create skill inventories for operators to identify training needs and opportunities for growth. * Provide training and support to operators to enhance their skills and performance. * Evaluate worker performance, provide incentives, and address disciplinary matters to drive a high-performing team. * Identify opportunities to improve methods and reduce work content, and implement process standardization to drive efficiency. * Generate timely and accurate management reports, including efficiency, fabric utilization, and machine downtime reports. * Assist in maintaining factory operational expenses within budget and ensuring compliance with 5S standards. * Conduct operator interviews and perform other duties as assigned by department heads to drive continuous improvement.
