Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales growth by achieving monthly and quarterly targets, leveraging upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue * Lead high-performing sales teams, providing daily briefings, performance reviews, and training to enhance product knowledge, consultation skills, and sales techniques * Architect exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless journeys from entry to service completion, and fostering long-term relationships to boost retention * Manage day-to-day branch operations, maintaining cleanliness, discipline, and brand standards, while ensuring compliance with company policies and SOPs * Collaborate with clinical and support teams to align services with client needs, facilitating seamless communication and treatment planning to drive sales outcomes * Oversee inventory management, monitoring stock levels, coordinating replenishment, and minimizing stock loss to optimize product display and sales * Analyze sales and operational data, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and tracking KPIs to inform performance improvement strategies * Execute marketing campaigns and promotional offers at the branch level, ensuring effective display and promotion of products and services * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, handling queries, complaints, and escalations professionally, and ensuring high standards of service quality and client satisfaction * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including Front Desk, Sales, Therapists, Doctors, and Nutritionists, to deliver integrated services and drive business results * Identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and sales performance

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
