Electrical Engineer (Technical & Marketing)

* Drive the operation and maintenance of substation equipment, including transformers, circuit breakers, and protection panels, to ensure seamless power supply. * Lead proactive maintenance efforts through regular inspections and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including government organizations, clients, and contractors, to facilitate project execution and resolve technical issues. * Develop and maintain comprehensive records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and daily logs to inform data-driven decisions. * Monitor and analyze key electrical parameters, such as voltage, current, and load, to identify areas for improvement and optimize system performance. * Architect and deliver technical reports, progress updates, and equipment issue notifications to stakeholders, including management and clients. * Support the tendering process by preparing and submitting e-GP tender documents, gathering technical specifications, and maintaining organized records. * Provide technical expertise to the marketing team, participating in client meetings and presentations, and contributing to the development of technical proposals and solution documents. * Respond to power outages and equipment failures with urgency, supporting the restoration of normal operations and conducting root cause analyses to prevent future incidents. * Assist in the procurement process by evaluating and selecting vendors, comparing supplier quotations, and verifying delivered equipment against technical specifications. * Foster a culture of safety and efficiency in the workplace, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
