Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development of strategic KPIs that drive business growth and align with the Bank's priorities. * Architect and implement a best-in-class appraisal process, complete with comprehensive guidelines and training programs. * Drive the appraisal cycle, ensuring timely completion and providing expert guidance to employees on procedures and protocols. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, to optimize the Performance Management System and resolve technical issues. * Proactively manage the appraisal timeline, facilitating prompt completion and minimizing delays. * Analyze complex business data to validate KPI achievements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and insights. * Uncover key trends and performance metrics, crafting informative reports that inform business decisions and drive growth. * Provide critical support to the Appraisal Moderation Committee, compiling performance data and ensuring fairness and transparency in the appraisal process. * Develop and refine competency frameworks for various roles, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee development goals. * Maintain meticulous records and documentation of appraisal outcomes, ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related discipline

Additional

  • High Proficiency in Data analysis, MIS reporting, and MS Office
  • Strong understanding of performance management systems, KPI setting, and appraisal processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and facilitating workshops
  • Training or certification in Performance Management Systems, HR Analytics and Knowledge of data visualization tools
