Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead IT support services across the organization, ensuring seamless user experiences and resolving technical issues promptly.
* Deliver expert helpdesk support for hardware, software, email, printing, and network-related queries, driving first-call resolutions and minimizing downtime.
* Troubleshoot and rectify desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues, including OS and application problems, to optimize user productivity.
* Architect and maintain robust LAN connectivity, configuring IP settings and resolving network access issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
* Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, antivirus software, and business-critical applications, ensuring up-to-date and secure systems.
* Manage and support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access points, to guarantee reliable and efficient connectivity.
* Drive IT asset management, maintaining accurate records of devices, handovers, and support documentation to inform strategic decisions.
* Foster collaborative relationships with vendors and internet service providers, coordinating device repairs, replacements, and connectivity issue resolutions to minimize business disruption.
