Jr. Executive/Executive-IE

* Drive daily production efficiency by monitoring and analyzing sewing line performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. * Architect line balancing strategies to optimize workflow, maximize productivity, and ensure seamless operations. * Lead cross-functional collaborations with Production, QA, Maintenance, Cutting, and Planning teams to facilitate smooth line operations and achieve production targets. * Develop and manage operational plans, including manpower allocation, machine requirements, and workflow optimization for each style. * Analyze and optimize SMV, capacity, and sewing operations to inform data-driven decisions and improve overall efficiency. * Identify and address bottlenecks, working closely with production teams to resolve issues and implement process improvements. * Manage operator performance, providing coaching and feedback to enhance skills and productivity. * Design and implement productivity improvement projects and cost-saving initiatives to drive business growth and competitiveness. * Compile and analyze key performance metrics, including hourly, daily, and monthly production and efficiency reports, to inform strategic decisions. * Investigate and resolve production losses, idle time, machine downtime, absenteeism, and rework to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization. * Support pre-production planning, providing IE expertise to ensure successful line start-ups and achieve production targets with minimal overtime, rework, and wastage. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and excellence within the IE department and contributing to the company's overall success.
