* Drive emergency response and development interventions in vulnerable countries, leveraging a dual mandate to create lasting impact * Spearhead programs that promote livelihood reconstruction and sustainable development, focusing on hard-to-reach areas and marginalized communities * Foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity, prioritizing the recruitment and empowerment of Ethnic Groups, PWSN, and Female candidates * Implement tailored support initiatives that address local needs, guided by the principles of "Think Local, Act Global" and the 3Zero strategy * Manage and execute projects that support over 20 million beneficiaries worldwide, with a focus on emergency preparedness, response, and long-term development * Collaborate with local stakeholders to design and deliver context-specific solutions, ensuring that programs are adaptive, effective, and sustainable * Lead a team of national and international staff to achieve organizational objectives, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation * Architect and implement strategies that reduce exclusion, carbon footprint, and poverty, aligning with the organization's vision of a more equitable and sustainable world * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local communities, governments, and international partners, to advance the organization's mission and goals
