SQA Engineer

* Spearhead the development of comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of Android and iOS applications. * Architect and execute thorough test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to validate functionality, performance, usability, and user experience. * Drive the testing process, conducting smoke, regression, sanity, exploratory, and UAT testing for new features and releases to guarantee seamless user experiences. * Identify, document, and track defects, providing clear reproduction steps, logs, and impact analysis to facilitate prompt resolution. * Validate critical app workflows, including onboarding, authentication, and payment processes, to ensure seamless functionality. * Develop and execute API testing protocols to validate backend-integrated features and ensure data integrity. * Optimize app performance across diverse devices, screen sizes, and OS versions, ensuring consistent user experiences. * Ensure UI alignment, responsiveness, and adherence to Figma design specifications, maintaining a high-quality visual aesthetic. * Mentor and guide junior SQA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and consistency within the team. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to streamline release cycles and ensure timely delivery. * Analyze testing progress, generate test reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to refine the testing process.
