Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead the development of a tailored RTM Plan, maximizing retail coverage and driving business growth.
• Architect and implement distributor growth initiatives, amplifying ROI and fostering strategic partnerships.
• Craft and execute targeted trade promotion plans, boosting product visibility, availability, and sell-out performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Lead the deployment of point-of-sale materials and merchandising standards, ensuring a cohesive brand image across all retail outlets.
• Design and launch channel-specific programs, including trade loyalty initiatives, to drive engagement and loyalty.
• Analyze competitor activity and market trends, informing data-driven trade strategies that stay ahead of the curve.
• Assess sales performance and trade program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Distribution, Brand, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless program execution and alignment.
• Empower field teams with expert guidance, training, and insights, elevating execution quality and driving business results.
