Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead customer relationships by delivering tailored experiences to key clients and driving business growth. * Drive query resolution by responding to client inquiries, escalating issues to superiors, and incorporating feedback to enhance service quality. * Architect sales forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and industry insights to inform strategic decision-making. * Lead sales efforts by generating leads, conducting follow-ups, and closing deals to meet or exceed targets. * Develop and execute targeted product acquisition plans to expand regional offerings and stay ahead of market demands. * Identify and pursue strategic property acquisition opportunities to drive portfolio growth and diversification. * Stay abreast of industry trends, property laws, and market dynamics to provide expert guidance and support to clients and stakeholders. * Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, community members, and potential sellers, to build trust and drive long-term partnerships.
