Key Responsibilities
* Drive the design, implementation, and monitoring of sustainable livelihood development initiatives, aligning with project objectives and promoting climate-resilient agriculture.
* Deliver real-time solutions to smallholder farmers impacted by climate change, ensuring timely and effective support.
* Architect the growth of agriculture-related businesses among beneficiaries, fostering entrepreneurship and income-generating opportunities.
* Lead community mobilization efforts, collaborating with field staff and local stakeholders to select beneficiaries and drive project success.
* Spend a significant portion of time (at least 60%) in field-level interventions, providing technical expertise to field staff, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.
* Champion livelihood diversification initiatives, including agriculture, aquaculture, livestock, and small businesses, to promote economic growth and resilience.
* Develop and deliver training programs, capacity-building sessions, and exposure visits, focusing on improved agricultural practices, entrepreneurship, and market linkages.
* Create technical training materials and resources on resilient agriculture, livelihoods, and agri-business, addressing the needs of beneficiaries and stakeholders.
* Oversee daily field activities, offering guidance and technical assistance to project staff, beneficiaries, and stakeholders to establish resilient agriculture and agri-business practices.
* Conduct value chain analyses and market assessments to identify profitable income-generating activities, driving project impact and sustainability.
* Contribute to periodic progress reports and donor reporting requirements, ensuring transparency and accountability.
* Foster partnerships with local government, private sector actors, and NGOs to mobilize resources, drive project implementation, and promote collaborative success.
* Ensure gender and social inclusion in all livelihood interventions, promoting equity and fairness in project activities.
* Build and maintain relationships with key agencies, stakeholders, and government departments at the upazila and district level, facilitating effective project implementation and resource mobilization.

Education
- Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture
- Postgraduate degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agrotechnology, Agri-economics, and Agriculture Extension

- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, photography, and videography
