Key Responsibilities

* Drive brand growth by architecting and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that boost awareness, acquisition, and customer engagement * Spearhead the development of data-driven lead generation funnels, encompassing awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention stages to maximize ROI * Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and propel business growth * Champion performance marketing efforts, including paid advertising on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, with a laser focus on conversion rate optimization and ROI maximization * Oversee and refine SEO, SEM, and search-driven growth initiatives to elevate brand visibility and drive organic traffic * Ensure cohesive brand storytelling and visual identity across all digital touchpoints, campaigns, and marketing channels * Develop and implement social media, email marketing, and content strategies that align with brand objectives and fuel customer acquisition * Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing digital marketing, SEO, and content teams to achieve exceptional results and continuous improvement * Strategically manage performance marketing budgets to optimize ROI, minimize waste, and amplify campaign effectiveness * Craft and execute scalable customer acquisition strategies that leverage data insights, market trends, and customer behavior to drive business expansion * Harness data analytics and reporting to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decision-making
