Key Responsibilities

* Drive business growth through the development, execution, and scaling of SEO strategies that align with company objectives * Architect technical SEO solutions, leveraging expertise in site architecture, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and technical audits to optimize website performance * Spearhead keyword research, clustering, and search intent mapping to inform content and ranking strategies that drive results * Manage and optimize SEO-driven content across landing pages, blogs, and conversion funnels to maximize impact * Lead local and multi-location SEO campaigns, navigating the complexities of multiple regions and business units to achieve success * Leverage expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs to inform data-driven decisions * Monitor and analyze SEO performance, tracking rankings, traffic, and key KPIs to identify areas for improvement * Develop and execute ethical link building and digital PR strategies to boost authority and growth * Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end lead generation funnels that align with SEO and content strategies, driving awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention * Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring alignment with organic growth and conversion objectives * Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing SEO, content, and analytics teams to drive business success * Collaborate cross-functionally with development, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO alignment and maximum impact * Drive large-scale SEO strategies across multiple brands, domains, or markets, leveraging expertise in enterprise SEO and scalability * Align SEO strategies with commercial objectives, driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth * Develop and execute integrated growth strategies that combine SEO, paid media, and funnel optimization to maximize ROI and achieve business goals

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Role based Vendor Certification on Google Analytics and Google Ad Manager
  • IELTS 7.0 or equivalent

  • Strong hands-on experience across both strategic and operational SEO functions
  • Proven experience in developing and scaling SEO strategies
  • Advanced technical SEO expertise
  • Strong experience in lead funnel strategy and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
  • Hands-on experience managing lead generation campaigns
  • Experience in local and multi-location SEO at scale
  • Leadership experience in managing SEO and content teams
  • Strong commercial understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI growth
  • Experience with advanced SEO tools
