* Spearhead sales growth by driving Hire Purchase sales and consistently meeting daily, monthly, and yearly targets. * Foster strong customer relationships, showcasing HP benefits and successfully closing deals to boost revenue. * Oversee accounts receivable, proactively managing overdue accounts and developing effective recovery strategies. * Architect field visit plans to raise brand awareness, identify new business opportunities, and generate high-quality leads. * Mentor and guide Hire Purchase Sales Executives, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and promoting a culture of excellence. * Partner with the Cash Sales team to streamline branch operations, enhance collaboration, and drive business results. * Develop and submit comprehensive sales and collection reports, escalating critical issues to senior management and informing data-driven decisions.
