* Drive the delivery of life skills sessions in camp-based learning centers, fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that empowers Rohingya adolescents to thrive. * Architect interactive and engaging learning experiences, leveraging group work, role play, case studies, and discussions to promote self-confidence, positive behavior, and psychosocial well-being. * Lead the integration of age-appropriate and culturally sensitive modules, ensuring alignment with humanitarian and child protection standards, and incorporating gender equality, social cohesion, and humanitarian values. * Manage the development and implementation of life skills programs, adhering to approved guidelines and frameworks, such as those provided by UNICEF or organizational modules. * Foster effective collaboration and coordination with various stakeholders, including HCMP sectors, BRAC teams, national and international NGOs, and the CiC Office, to ensure seamless case management support and service delivery. * Develop and submit accurate reports, budgets, and other required documents in a timely manner, maintaining transparency and accountability. * Champion safeguarding practices, ensuring the safety and well-being of program participants, team members, and the broader community, and providing guidance and expertise to establish a secure working environment. * Promote and endorse safeguarding policies and standards, encouraging a culture of accountability and reporting, and following established procedures for incident reporting and response.
