Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead comprehensive process audits across multiple departments to optimize operations and drive efficiency.
• Assess and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, work instructions, and industry best practices.
• Identify and address process inefficiencies, gaps, and non-value-added activities to streamline workflows.
• Architect and analyze workflows, line balancing, and production methods to enhance overall productivity.
• Drive process improvements through rigorous time study, motion study, and work measurement analysis.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks and enhance operational excellence.
• Compile and present audit reports, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders, tracking progress and results.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as efficiency, utilization, rejection rate, and throughput to inform data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Industrial Engineering, Production, Quality, and Planning, to drive process enhancements.
• Champion lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and SMV optimization, to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Investigate and resolve root causes of defects, delays, and productivity losses to minimize downtime and maximize output.
• Establish standardized processes and documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy across the organization.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of process audit records and management information systems.
• Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to management, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
