* Spearhead application operations by troubleshooting logs, analyzing microservice interactions, and validating database footprints to ensure seamless business operations. * Architect and optimize scripts in Python, PHP, and Shell to drive system efficiency, reliability, and automation. * Drive process automation by designing and implementing UI/script-based solutions, leveraging scripting and automation tools to streamline workflows. * Develop and manage robust backend applications using PHP, Python, SQL, and frameworks like Laravel and Django, ensuring scalability and performance. * Lead the development of frontend applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks, delivering engaging user experiences. * Automate mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms using Appium, Espresso, and Selenium, ensuring seamless functionality. * Deliver high-level application support, providing L2 and L3 operational assistance to ensure maximum availability and performance. * Design and develop intuitive application flows, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across internal applications. * Integrate APIs for application communication, utilizing REST and SOAP protocols to enable efficient data exchange. * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including application flow diagrams and process descriptions, to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration. * Analyze and report on data using advanced Excel skills, with expertise in Excel scripting, PowerBI, and Tableau, to drive informed decision-making.
