* Spearhead daily care and management of broiler, layer, and breeder birds, ensuring optimal feed, water, light, temperature, and ventilation conditions. * Oversee mortality and culling, conducting regular monitoring and reporting to optimize production performance, including weight gain and egg production. * Develop and implement expertise in incubator management for various bird species, such as turkey, duck, cattle, and goats. * Drive biosecurity and hygiene protocols across the farm, ensuring strict adherence to sanitation, dipping systems, and visitor control measures. * Architect and execute disease prevention and control measures, implementing proactive health protocols to minimize risk. * Lead vaccination and medication administration, rapidly identifying and addressing health issues in birds, and collaborating with veterinary doctors to develop comprehensive health plans. * Manage feed stock, monitoring levels and placing orders as needed, while tracking feed conversion ratios to optimize efficiency. * Oversee inventory management of litter, medication, vaccines, equipment, and other essential supplies, ensuring seamless operations. * Monitor worker attendance and productivity, providing guidance and support to optimize performance, and manage store requisitions within budgetary constraints.
