Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead sales growth of mobility aftermarket parts through strategic dealer network partnerships. * Architect a robust lubricant business strategy, driving demand and expanding channels to achieve a 25% contribution to total turnover. * Foster strong relationships with key corporate customers and user segments to boost filter and lubricant product sales. * Propel sales performance by setting and tracking monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, and maintaining regular follow-ups with dealers. * Optimize inventory management to minimize aging stock and maximize stock turnover. * Deliver segment-specific sales targets across 2-Wheeler, 3-Wheeler, and Commercial Vehicle categories. * Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of MR-Sales team members, providing guidance and support for daily activities. * Analyze daily sales reports to inform business decisions and drive sales growth. * Develop and present monthly sales forecasts to inform business planning and strategy. * Design and execute product promotion campaigns, customer engagement events, and new product launches to drive market adoption and revenue growth.

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
