Key Responsibilities
* Drive paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, leveraging strategic thinking and hands-on execution to deliver exceptional ROI, CPR, and revenue growth.
* Architect and scale high-performing campaigns with daily budgets exceeding $1,000-$3,000, continuously optimizing for reduced Cost Per Purchase (CPP/CPR) while maintaining strong ROAS.
* Lead data analysis and performance optimization, identifying gaps and opportunities to inform campaign strategies, and providing actionable insights to drive growth.
* Develop and execute comprehensive funnel management strategies, including setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Conversion API.
* Design and optimize landing pages and checkout flows for higher conversions, conducting UX audits, heatmap analysis, and CRO improvements to maximize eCommerce performance.
* Build and manage retention marketing workflows, including WhatsApp and email marketing automation, lead nurturing, and repeat purchase strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
* Craft high-converting ad copies with compelling storytelling and strong hooks, guiding creative and content teams to produce performance-driven assets that resonate with target audiences.
* Analyze creative performance and iterate based on data insights, applying a deep understanding of buyer psychology and market behavior to inform campaign strategies.
* Manage daily, weekly, and monthly marketing targets, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive growth, while taking full ownership of performance and results.
* Leverage advanced knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and performance analytics to drive campaign optimization and growth, staying up-to-date with market trends, algorithms, and AI tools.
* Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive campaign success, working independently under performance pressure to deliver exceptional results.

Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional
- 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Proven track record of managing $1,000–$3,000+ daily ad spend
- Prior experience in E-commerce / F-commerce industry
- Strong ownership mentality with a results-driven approach
