Key Responsibilities

* Drive the delivery of high-quality case management services for vulnerable children, adolescents, women, and GBV survivors, ensuring timely and survivor-centered support. * Architect and implement effective safety planning, referrals, and follow-up processes, adhering to IASC/GBVIMS standards and maintaining confidentiality. * Lead the collection, recording, and management of accurate and timely CP/GBV data, ensuring secure storage and compliance with CPIMS/GBVIMS+ standards. * Champion the protection of child and survivor information, controlling visitor access and ensuring data privacy. * Collaborate with community structures and service providers to ensure seamless execution of CP programs and community engagement initiatives. * Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders, driving compliance with CPiE, GBV, and WVI standards and applying inter-agency recommendations to enhance case quality. * Manage and coordinate case reviews, updates, and referrals, facilitating timely access to appropriate services for survivors. * Develop and implement prevention activities, leveraging team collaboration and community support systems to strengthen compassionate care for survivors. * Empower women through psychosocial assessments and quality group sessions, and build the capacity of volunteers and facilitators to enhance prevention and response activities. * Embed World Vision's Core Values in daily work practices, cultivating respectful relationships, collaborating with key working groups, and participating in exposure visits to strengthen learning and improvement.

  • Baseline survey, Evaluation and Monitoring process and tools
  • Good facilitation skill of Training, Seminar and Advocacy programs
  • Proven management and leadership ability
  • Good communication and networking skill
  • Chittagong/Rohingya language skills
  • Good command in English & Bengali, both written and verbal
  • Decision making and conflict resolution skills
  • Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation
