Key Responsibilities

* Drive organizational growth by leading structure planning, manpower planning, and talent management initiatives that align with business objectives. * Architect and maintain the organizational structure, ensuring seamless updates to the organogram and manpower database through collaboration with stakeholders. * Develop and implement role profiles and job descriptions, working closely with department heads and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure accuracy and relevance. * Design and implement competency frameworks, conducting assessments and analyzing gaps to inform talent development strategies. * Spearhead performance management by setting and tracking KPIs, providing data-driven insights to inform review and appraisal processes. * Champion talent development by conducting Training Needs Analysis and designing targeted training programs that enhance employee capabilities. * Foster a culture of engagement and development, supporting succession planning, leadership development, and organizational development initiatives that drive business success. * Harness the power of HR analytics to inform strategic decisions, developing management reports and supporting HR technology initiatives that streamline processes and improve efficiency. * Lead the implementation of HRIS, HR automation, and HR technology solutions, driving innovation and excellence in talent management and organizational development.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • MBA in HR

Additional

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience for the Executive position
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience for the Senior Executive position
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good working knowledge of AI-based tools and interfaces
  • Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and coordination skills
