Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead recruitment efforts, designing and executing strategic hiring plans for technical and non-technical roles to drive business growth. • Architect and implement robust hiring frameworks, interview processes, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. • Drive workforce planning, aligning talent acquisition and development with company objectives to ensure seamless growth. • Champion payroll management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor laws and company policies. • Develop and manage compensation structures, increments, and promotions to foster a fair and equitable work environment. • Build and maintain a culture of excellence, scaling Ollyo's values and mission to inspire employee engagement and retention. • Design and implement innovative engagement initiatives, feedback systems, and conflict resolution strategies to promote a positive work environment. • Craft and execute performance management systems, supporting managers in goal-setting, evaluation, and leadership development. • Deliver targeted training programs to upskill managers, driving leadership excellence and succession planning. • Streamline HR operations, developing scalable systems, SOPs, and analytics to inform business decisions and optimize people processes. • Revolutionize onboarding and offboarding experiences, ensuring seamless transitions and enhanced employee satisfaction. • Leverage HR analytics and reporting to provide actionable insights, guiding leadership in strategic decision-making and driving business success.
