* Drive the operational implementation of NRC Bangladesh's ICLA digital initiatives, with a key focus on the KOBLI digital platform. * Manage the day-to-day maintenance of the website, ensuring seamless user experience and up-to-date content. * Analyze website analytics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize digital service delivery. * Curate and coordinate high-quality legal and information content, aligning with NRC standards and user needs. * Spearhead digital outreach efforts, expanding the reach and accessibility of ICLA services to refugees and host communities. * Lead the collection and response to user feedback and referrals, ensuring timely and effective follow-up actions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ICLA field teams, MEAL, communications, and support functions, to deliver protection-sensitive and user-friendly digital services. * Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance the KOBLI digital platform and ICLA digital initiatives.
