Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead commercial growth by architecting and executing robust sales strategies that surpass revenue targets and propel Air India's market dominance in Bangladesh. * Drive market expansion by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, corporate accounts, and untapped niche markets to reinforce the airline's presence. * Foster and nurture high-level relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agencies, IATA partners, and corporate clients, to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual growth. * Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and mentorship to drive exceptional results, a customer-centric mindset, and a culture of excellence. * Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and local market dynamics, leveraging insights to inform pricing and inventory management decisions that optimize revenue and market share.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Additional

  • Only Male
  • Candidates currently working as Manager or Assistant Manager (Sales) in any airline
  • Proven experience in airline passenger sales, specifically in the Bangladesh market
  • Strong network with travel agents, corporate houses, and industry stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on approach to driving sales and market share
